: The study received ethical approval from the Ethics Review Committee of the Hospital for Tropical Diseases (approval no CS/ND/16/02 date 23/11/2017). As the study analyzed unlinked patient data “Hospital for Tropical Diseases Ethical Review Committee” waived the requirement for informed consent from patients.
