: As a Class A tertiary hospital for infectious diseases, HIV confirmatory antibody tests and HIV viral load tests were authorized to be carried out in the hospital, and all methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. The study was approved by the ethics committee of the Beijing Youan Hospital (Nos. 2018-025 and 2021 − 275). All individuals provided their written informed consent to participate in this study.
