Ethics approval and consent to participate
: All participating centers have obtained required ethics approval and patients will not be enrolled before they have provided signed informed consent. People with MS and dementia are excluded from the protocol. Consent from next of kin is not required as this implies a level of cognitive dysfunction that would exclude a person with MS from the study.
