According to legislative regulations in Germany, North Rhine-Westphalia and after consultation of the Institutional Review Board, Medical Faculty of the Ruhr University Bochum, the need for ethical approval and consent is deemed unnecessary for this retrospective case series with data collected during routine clinical work.
