: The study was approved by the local ethics committee of the Instituto de Neurologia de Curitiba under protocol number 5.663.561 on September 17, 2018, and the need for informed consent was waived given the noninterventional study design and data collection was performed only in clinical records, without contact with the participants. All research procedures were conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional committee on human experimentation and with the Helsinki Declaration of 1975 and Resolution 466/12 of the National Health Council (Conselho Nacional de Saúde - CNS).
