Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study received approval from The University of Sydney’s Human Research Ethics Committee (approval number 2015/730).Participants received an information sheet and had the opportunity to discuss the study before consenting to participate. Participation was voluntary, and women could choose to withdraw from the study at any time. All participants signed consent forms before participating in an in-depth interview or focus group discussion. Consent was also confirmed orally and audio-recorded before focus group discussions or in-depth interviews commenced. All participants signed consent forms before participating in an IDI or FGD. Consent was also confirmed orally and audio-recorded before FGDs and IDIs commenced. Participation was voluntary, and women could choose to withdraw from the study at any time.
