: The trial has institutional regulatory board approval from the Partners Healthcare Institutional Regulatory Board, Boston, MA (2019P000885), Mbarara University of Science and Technology Research Ethics Committee (17/10–18) and the Uganda Council of Science and Technology (HS417ES). All participants undergoing wireless monitoring will provide written consent to participate. All clinicians using the wireless monitoring system will also provide consent to participate.
