: Ethical approval was obtained from the Ethics Commission of Health Research of the Faculty of Medicine and Health in Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta for this study with approval number 001/PE/KE/FKK-UMJ/2019. Also, the government in Bogor District and each village in the study area granted permission. Informed consent was obtained from the study participants. Confidentiality was maintained throughout the study by excluding personal identifiers from the data collection form. The comfort of the pregnant women was given priority during data collection. In this study the authors confirmed that all methods were carried out in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations (Declaration of Helsinki).
