: Ethical approval was obtained from the University of British Columbia Behavioural Research Ethics Board with approval number H18–01646. The interviewer explained the purposes of the research, voluntary participation, confidentiality of records, and that the participants may stop the interview at any time. The interviewer was unfamiliar with the participants and the quotes were anonymously recorded. Following participant’s approval to be involved in the interviews, their informed consent, to record the interview was also obtained. Privacy and confidentiality of all study information was maintained. All methods were conducted in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
