Declarations
:
: An informed consent was obtained from the study participants, and the study protocol was approved and consent was given by the Executive Committee of the Hospital and the Ethics Committee of the Hospital. Because of the particular nature of the data, the researchers were asked to not reveal the name of the Hospital. Hence, we cannot disclose the full name of the Ethical Committee as this would reveal the identity of the Hospital. Because the collected data (by the medical staff) was completely anonymous for the researchers, a written informed consent was technically difficult for woman in labour and in order to include illiterate or semi-literate participant, only a verbal informed consent was obtained. The verbal informed consent was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Hospital.
