: This research was performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and ethical approval was sought and given by Health Research Ethics Committee, Kano State of Nigeria Ministry of Health REF: MOH/Off/797/T.1/950 on 4th September 2018. From point of telephone contact to FGD there was a period of seven days, and attendance was voluntary. On arrival study information was read out to the participant in Hausa and the purpose of the FGDs were explained. Participants provided informed consent and had the opportunity to ask questions at any point during this process. A meal and travel stipend were provided to all who participated in the FGDs, with no previous knowledge that they were going to receive anything so as not to coerce participation.
