: The study protocol of the randomized controlled trial (I’ve Changed My Mind) was submitted to the Netherlands Trial Register (NTR; 4302) on 3 December 2013 before the study began and was accepted on 03 January 2014. The Ethics Review Board of the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences at the University of Amsterdam approved the trial on 23 June 2013 (certificate number 2013-CDE-3064). The study was exempted from the approval by the Medical Ethical Committee of the Academic Medical Centre (certificate number NL44033.018.13). Written informed consent was obtained from all subjects. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
