: Ethical approval was sort from the Sierra Leone Ethics and Scientific Committee. Permission was also sorted from the Kailahun Regional Health Directorate. Informed consent was sort from the respondents. For respondents below 18 years, the accent was granted by the parent or guardian. They were assured of confidentiality and informed of the purpose of the study. The information was stored without the names of the respondents in a folder that is only accessible to the research team. For participants who could not read, the consent was read and explained to them in the presence of an impartial witness or stakeholder in the community who also appended his signature on the consent form in accordance with the local IRB regulation. All study methods were carried out following relevant guidelines and regulations.
