: This study was ethically approved by Makerere University School of Medicine Higher Degrees Research Ethics Committee (REC REF 2017–171) and the Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (HS356ES) as required by the regulations. Permission to conduct the study was obtained from the District and Community leaders. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants. We used identification numbers instead of names to conceal the identity of participants. Confidentiality and privacy of all the participants were ensured. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations and as outlined in the principles of <i>Declarations of Helsinki.</i> Participants who had no formal education were literate to understand the study and informed consent information translated in local language <i>Lango</i>.
