: This study was ethically cleared and approved by the Biomedical Research Ethics Committee (BREC) of the University of KwaZulu-Natal (Ref: BREC/00001744/2020), South Africa, and the Institutional Ethics Review Committee of Wolaita Sodo University (Ref: CARD 4/979/20), Ethiopia. All methods were performed following the relevant guidelines and regulations. Written informed consent was obtained from all literate participants and also from legal guardians of the illiterate participants.
