This administrative data housed in the Repository at the Manitoba Centre for Health Policy (MCHP). The Repository contains individual-level administrative records of the population and their use of the healthcare, education, and social services systems in Manitoba (MB). The Manitoba Population-Based Health Registry comprises MB residents’ scrambled PHINs; it sits at the hub of the Repository which enables researchers to link administrative records across databases.
