: The project was approved by the Navrongo Health Research Centre’s Institutional Review Board (NHRCIRB262). For illiterates who could not read and write, the inform consent statement was read to them in the local language by the data collected and if they are satisfied, they are given a paper on which the consent statement is written for them to thumb print. All methods were conducted in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations from the Institutional Review Board of the Navrongo Health Research Centre.All adult participants above 16 years granted informed consent but all participants who were below 16 years informed consent was obtained from their parents or legal guardian.
