: All the protocols for this project were reviewed and approved by Clarke International University (CIU) Research Ethics Committee No.1.0, 2021-10-05 in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and CIU research guild lines. Permission to collect data from the settlement was sought from office of the Prime Minister (Palabek refugee desk). We also sought verbal informed consent in the local language from the participants as we had used face to face interviews and the verbal informed consent procedure was the most suitable. They were informed that their participation was voluntary, and their refusal would not result in any negative consequences. The procedure to take informed consent verbally was approved by Clarke International University (CIU) Research Ethics Committee. To protect the confidentiality of the respondents, each was assigned a unique identifier that was used instead of their names. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
