Medical Ethics Committee (approval on 21 May, 2019; reference number 2019327–7262) and registered with the ISRCTN on 24<sup>th</sup> May, 2019 with trial identification number: ISRCTN96125404 (ExternalRef removed). First participant was recruited on 31<sup>st</sup> May, 2019.The trial was performed in accordance with International Conference on Harmonization – Guidelines for Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP) and Declaration of Helsinki.
