: The study had ethical approvals from the Harvard Medical School Institutional Review Board (IRB18-1033) and the Rwanda National Ethics Committee (No.326/RNEC/2019). In addition, we had technical approvals from the Inshuti Mu Buzima Research Community and the Rwanda Ministry of Health. Based on the guideline of Rwanda National Ethics Committee, participants aged at least 18 years old and the parent or legally authorized representative for the participants aged less than 18 years signed the informed consent for voluntary participation.
