: The study was approved by the Ethics and Research Committee of Mogadishu Somali Turkey Training and Research Hospital (Permission number: MSTH/10901/04.07.2022/636). The study was performed in accordance with the principles and guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki. All participants were informed about the study and gave consent to publication of the results. As a considerable proportion of the participants were illiterate, informed consent was obtained from their legal representatives.
