Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The present study protocol was approved by the Institutional Review Board of all participating centers, the French National Agency for Medicines and Health (ANSM) on the 11 of July 2017 under the registration number 170335A-42, and the “Est III” ethic committee on the 11 of September 2017, under the registration number EudraCT2016–004230-20. The institutional promoter is the University Hospital of Lyon (Hospices Civils de Lyon, Direction de la Recherche Clinique et de l’Innovation, 3, quai des Céléstins, 69,002, Lyon, France). The trial has been registered on the ClincialTrials.gov website under the identification number NCT02799212. This study received a grant from the French National Cancer Institute (InCA) in 2016 (Grant reference number: PHRC-K15–103). A written informed consent will be obtained from each participating patient before inclusion to the study. The consent form delivered to each potential participating patient will provide all relevant information related to the study in terms adapted to the general public. The patient will be given a minimum period of 1 week to consider the project before signing the written inform consent. The written inform consent form signed by the patient will be obtained by the local investigator the day prior to surgery as patients are hospitalized at least one day before surgery. A copy of the consent form will be delivered to the patient and the investigator will keep the original form. The study will conform to the Clinical Good Practice guidelines and the 1975 Declaration of Helsinki.
