CA was a research coordinator in the BETTER trial and BETTER 2 and is the national research coordinator for BETTER WISE. NS and MAO are researchers with qualitative expertise. CM and RM are biostatisticians. KM is an active family physician with expertise in economic evaluations. PK is a research methodologist.
