: Human cell lines used in blotting and drug screening experiments did not require ethics approval for usage.All animal procedures performed at Oregon Health & Science University were conducted in accordance with the Guidelines for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals and were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee at the Oregon Health & Science University.All animal procedures performed at The Jackson Laboratory were conducted in accordance with the Guidelines for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals and were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee at The Jackson Laboratory.All animal procedures performed at Champions Oncology were conducted in accordance with the Guidelines for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals and were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee at Champions Oncology.All human tissue samples were acquired through the Childhood Cancer Registry for Familial and Sporadic Tumors (CCuRe-FAST) tumor banking program.
