: Mouse experiments were approved by the Canton of Bern, Switzerland (Permit Number: BE55/16), and carried out in accordance with the Swiss Guidelines for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals. The Tg(mpo:GFP)i114 zebrafish line was handled corresponding to local animal welfare regulations and maintained according to standard protocols (ExternalRef removed). None of the cell lines used in this study required ethics approval.
