Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study was approved by the medical research ethical review board of Gunma University and the institutional review board of each participating institution. Information regarding the purpose and content of the study, study methods, voluntary participation, right to withdraw, protection of personal information, guarantee of anonymity, data storage and deletion methods, as well as the publication of research results, was provided to all participants orally and through a written document. They were told that they would experience no disadvantage in treatment or care for refusing to participate.
