Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Human buffy coats were obtained from the Australian Red Cross Life Blood under a Material Supply Agreement. The Australian Red Cross Life Blood obtained consent for the use of donor samples, and the use of these samples for the current study was approved by the Australian Red Cross Life Blood (approval number 17-05NSW-13). Human ethics approval was obtained from Macquarie University Human Ethics Committee (approval number 5201700069).
