According the French legislation, the database has been declared to the French National Commission on Informatics and Liberty.Study ethics approval was obtained on 18 November 2020 from ethics committee “<i>Comité d’Ethique des Centres d’Investigation Clinique CECIC Rhône-Alpes-Auvergne, Grenoble, IRB 5921</i>”. According to the French legislation, and the ethics committee recommendations, all patients received a written informed form about this study. They were free to oppose to the use of their personal data for this study by a non-opposition letter. According to the French legislation, and the ethics committee recommendations, and due to the retrospective nature of this study, a written consent from the patients was not necessary (only a non-opposition letter).
