: The MyPeBS clinical study is conducted in accordance with the principles of ethics as stated in the last version of the Declaration of Helsinki, the relevant provisions of Good Clinical Practices defined by the International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH–E6 R2, December 2016), and according to the country specific laws and regulations.Ethical approval was first granted in France by a designated Ethics Committee (CPP Sud Ouest et Outre Mer IV Limoges) on August 30<sup>th</sup>, 2018 (CPP18-056a). An ethics approval was obtained subsequently in each participating country, and eventually region (List of all ethical committees in InternalRef removed).The French data protection agency (CNIL: Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés) granted MyPeBS an authorisation for data collection and processing on July 1<sup>st</sup>, 2019 (Decision DR-2019–168). MyPeBS Study participant Information leaflet and informed consent note have been kindly reviewed by the Patients Committee of the French association “Ligue Nationale contre le cancer” prior to their use in France and to their translation in all study languages.The trial was approved by the French Medicine Agency ANSM (Agence Nationale de sécurité du Médicament) on July 31<sup>st</sup>, 2018 (CT reference: 2018-A00535-50).All participants are required to give a written informed consent prior to any study procedure at their inclusion in one of the study sites (List of all the study sites in InternalRef removed).
