: Patients are given study information by their oncologist and research nurse and, if they choose to participate, they give their informed, written consent. The treatment regimen follows Swedish national guidelines and is not affected by the study.Permission for the study has been obtained from the Ethics Committee of Lund University in January 2018 (reference nr 2018–13).
