Registry and the Registration No. of the study/trial: 2021-YKL4-28-004.Housing and all procedures involving animals were performed according to protocols approved by the animal care committee of Yangzhou University and in compliance with the guidelines on animal welfare of the National Committee for Animal Experiments. The study was carried out in compliance with the ARRIVE guidelines. Inject mice with 5ml/kg 1.25% tribromoethanol intraperitoneally for anesthesia.
