: Primary CRC and adjacent normal paired tissues were obtained from patients who underwent colectomy in Taipei Veterans General Hospital, Taiwan, and informed consent was obtained from all participants, study was in accordance with the International Ethical Guidelines for Biomedical Research Involving Human Subjects and was approved by the Medical Ethical Committee of Taipei Veterans General Hospital, Taiwan (IRB-2019–08-009B).
