: All methods were conducted according to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and were approved by the ethical committee of China Three Gorges University (2022010C2). Animal experiments were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations and handled according to standard use protocols and animal welfare regulations. All methods were performed in accordance with ARRIVE guidelines. All mice were euthanized using carbon dioxide (CO<sub>2</sub>) gas. The mice were placed in a sealed chamber and gradually exposed to increasing concentrations of CO<sub>2</sub>, leading to loss of consciousness and eventual death. This method was approved by the Ethical Committee of China Three Gorges University.
