Informed verbal consent was obtained from the study participants. Informed verbal consent was obtained from the study participants, approved by the Ethical Review Board of College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Arbaminch University. The participants provided verbal consent after being provided with necessary information about the study. The respondents had also informed that the full right to refuse or terminate their participation at any point during the interview. All information gained during data collection was kept confidential and any personal identification was recorded on the questionnaire.
