: Written informed consent of the patient's approval to publish anonymized photographs and clinical information was obtained from the patient in Case 1. For case 2 (2-year-old male), written informed consent for the publication of anonymized photographs and clinical information was obtained from the parent. There was no patient contact, and no patient details were released from the images. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
