Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was performed on the basis of diagnostic testing and that informed consents were obtained from the parents of the minor patient included in this work during a medical genetics consultation. Ethics committee approval was obtained from the teaching hospital of Monastir in Tunisia. The patient’s parents signed written informed consent to consultation and molecular studies for both diagnostic and research purposes and also for publication of the patient’s pictures. Along this, parents give also their consent for participation in genetic testing in addition to their child.
