Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The proposal was reviewed and approved by the Institutional Review Board of Dilla University College of Health Sciences. The ethical clearance letter to undertake this study after taking verbal consent of participants was obtained from the Institutional Review Board. Then presented to Wonago district administration and concerned bodies to grant an official permission. The institutional review board allowed to take verbal consent as indicated on the ethical clearance letter of the study because majority of the study area cover rural area which is a community with lower educational status including unable to read and write. Therefor, after discussion and explanation about the purpose of the study; oral informed consent was obtained from each respondent or parents and/or guardians on the behalf of children just prior to the actual data collection. Privacy and confidentiality of the information provided by each participant was kept properly. For this purpose names and other specific addresses were not recorded.
