Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The Scientific Ethical Committee of the Capital Region in Denmark decided that according to Section 2.- (1) of the Danish Act on a Bioethics Committee System and the Processing of Bioethics Projects, the project was defined not to be a bioethics project and as a result did not need approval from the Danish Bioethics Committee. Written informed consent to use the collect data for research purpose was obtained from all participantsā parents or legal guardians. The study was also approved by the Danish Data Protection Agency (protocol nr. 2015-41-3937).
