Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the University Medicine Greifswald, Institute for pharmacology (ethic approval BB109/11). The preschools involved have to perform the screening with every 3–6-year-old-child. All parents of the participating children have to provide their written informed consent before the data is send to the evaluation team. Exclusively children with a parental signed informed consent will be included in the evaluation. The signed consent remains in the preschools. The parents can withdraw their consent any time without negative consequences for them.
