: Parents provided online informed consent for their own participation as well as the participation of their children before they began to fill in the questionnaire. The information involving the design of survey, voluntary nature of participation, what participation entails, risks and data security was presented. The invited participants can choose to click on the button indicating that they had read the information and agreed to participate or disagreed to participate.
