: The study is conducted in accordance with ethical principles that have their origin in the Declaration of Helsinki and are consistent with ICH/Good Clinical Practice and applicable regulatory requirements. The investigator is responsible for giving adequate verbal and written information about the study and study participation requires written informed consent from both parents. Ethical approval of this study was obtained by the Norwegian Regional Ethics Committee (2016–003700-31) in June 2017.
