: This study was approved by the Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU)-IRB Student Research Projects (SRP) committee (MBRU-IRB-SRP-104-2017). In all cases, parents signed a consent form at the time of their child’s hospital registration.
