: <b>Consent and Incentives.</b> Verbal consent was approved by the Ethics Committee and was obtained from all parent-attendants and healthcare providers participating in the study prior to data collection. We obtained verbal consent in their preferred language to avoid any potential perceived intimidation by requesting a signature, and informed them that their participation would be voluntary and there would be no professional or personal consequences nor benefits of participation. Mothers were given the option to read or hear their consent form according to their literacy level.
