: Ethics approval was obtained from the Research Ethics Boards at St. Luke’s International University (19-A011). Before the interview, written informed consents for the parents to participate in this study and publish the data were received. For children, we explained using the assent form and received assents from children and written consents from their parents. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
