: An ethical clearance letter was obtained from the ethical review committee of Arba Minch University, college of health and medical science. After a clear discussion about the actual study or explaining of the purpose of the study, written informed consent was obtained from the study participants but for the illiterate study participants, it was obtained from the legal representatives. Identification of study participants by name was avoided to assure the confidentiality of the information obtained. Data collectors assured that the data was handled confidentially. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
