: This study was approved by the ethics committee of Shandong Provincial Hospital, Ethical code: SWYX:NO.2022 − 342. The biological specimens used in this study were leftovers from previous clinical diagnosis and treatment, so informed consent was exempted. And the serum of the healthy participants was also the remaining serum sample of the health examination, so it is also exempt from informed consent. In other words, according to the approval of the ethics committee of Shandong Provincial Hospital, this study was exempt from informed consent. Moreover, all information regarding the participants and their families remained confidential. All procedures performed in the study were on the basis of national ethical guidelines for medical and health research involving human subjects and with the 1964 Helsinki declaration as well as its later amendments.
