: The ethical approval was obtained from the Research Ethical Review Committee of Salale University, College of Health Science, before conducting the study based on the Declaration of Helsinki. A letter of Permission was obtained from Siraro District Health Office and respective kebeles to undertake the study. All the study participants were informed about the objectives or purposes of procedures, privacy, and confidentiality issues of the study. Their right to refuse or not to participate in the study at any time they want was assured. Finally, informed written consent was obtained from each study participant (from the child’s parents or guardians) before starting data collection and for under aged participants (< 18 years) the permission was taken from their guardians/husband with informed written consent.
