: The study was authorized by the Ethics Committee of Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, and waived the requirement for patient informed consent (XHEC-C-2022-014-1). The study mainly used the bacterial isolates from the biological specimens obtained during patients’ clinical diagnosis and management, and had no any threat to the subjects’ rights and health.
