: The Swedish law (2003:460) on studies involving humans specifically states that ethical permission is only required in studies involving sensitive personal data or if the research can act damaging physically, emotionally, or mentally to the participants [25]. Thus, the need for ethical approval of this study was deemed unnecessary according to Swedish legislation. Verbal informed consent was obtained from all the participating physicians. The interviews and data analysis methods were conducted in accordance with national regulations.
