: All study procedures were approved by the University of Utah IRB (IORG0000072). Approval for implementation of the care process model was granted based on recognition of the need for improved identification of and response to traumatic stress in children. A waiver of informed consent was approved by University of Utah IRB. The waiver was granted based on adoption of the care process model into routine clinical care and analysis was carried out as part of routein quality assurance processes. All clinical data was deidentified for analysis. All study procedures were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
